We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return
You may request a return or refund ONLY if:
The product is damaged or broken
The product does not match the description
The wrong product was delivered
📦 Conditions
To be eligible:
Product must be unused
Product must be in original packaging
Return request must be made within [7–30 days] of delivery
❌ Non-Eligible Returns
We do NOT accept returns if:
Product has been used
Packaging is missing
Customer changed their mind
🔄 Refund Process
Once approved, refund will be issued via:
Original payment method OR
Store credit (depending on payment method)
Processing time: 5–15 business days
🚚 Return Shipping
If the issue is our fault → we cover shipping
Otherwise → customer may bear the cost
